WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE AGE FOR BOOKING A PLAYGROUND?
We recommend children 5 and under to use our rentals
WHEN CAN I BOOK MY PLAYGROUND?
We offer our Soft Play Party rentals Friday-Sunday from 10am-7:30pm. For example, you can rent our packages at 10:00am or 3:30pm.
You must book your event at least 2 weeks in advance.
We do offer our drop-offs as early as 8:30am for morning events and last pick up at 8pm
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER AND SET UP?
We deliver and set up your playground at your home or event. Set Up and Breakdown requires 1 hour before and after your event.
A Delivery Fee is only required if your event is outside of the 25 mile radius of 32216. $1 per mile is added each way.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES?
We accept debit/credit card payments and Square payments.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total balance.
Payment is due at least 48 hours prior to your event.
Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your event, otherwise you will not receive your deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances not under our control.
Please contact us as soon as possible playgroundpartystations@gmail.com with any changes to your event plans.
We do not offer refunds but we will reschedule your event as close as we can to the next available date/time.
Cancellations will result in loss of 50% of deposit.
ARE YOU INSURED?
We are licensed and insured.
You will be REQUIRED to sign a waiver before your event.
HOW DO I BOOK MY EVENT?
All inquiries have to be submitted via the booking link within the website. Once submitted all correspondence will be via email. Please check your SPAM messages.
DO YOU ONLY SETUP INDOORS?
No, We set up Indoor and Outdoor. Out door set-up are available as long as the weather permits. The outside surface must be flat, dry, clean, and safe. We do not set up on dirt, sand, gravel, rocks, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces. The grass is acceptable as long as it is clean of animal/ dog waste. SOCKS are required for all rentals. If setup is at a venue, clients must obtain all approval of items being setup before event. If we get to a event and a item isn’t allowed NO REFUND will be given.
WHAT ARE YOUR WEATHER GUIDELINES?
Unfortunately, there is no outdoor set-up on rainy days or predicted rainy days. Please let us know of your alternative location ahead of time. If the weather is over 90 degrees, please ensure a shaded area to protect the play equipment and kids from the heat. If no backup plan has been made for unsuitable weather conditions, your rental will be canceled, and the deposit will be credited for another day/event as long as there is availability.
HOW LONG IS MY RENTAL?
All rentals are up to 3 hours. Additional hours can be added. In some cases we may be required to come earlier than the requested time to accommodate all events for the day. Additional hours are available for all packages at $50/hr. Please give our delivery staff up to 1 hour to set-up before the event.
DO I NEED AN ATTENDANT?
We offer a Party Attendant for $25/hr. The Attendant is a great option if you don't have the time or patience to watch the children while they play at your event.
A Party Attendant is required when any event with water playground.
WHAT CLEANING POLICY DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
We sanitize then hand clean all items after each event. We do not double book packages in the same day.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I REQUEST A DATE?
We recommend at least 2 weeks in advance for our party rentals.
DO YOU ALLOW PICKUPS AND OVERNIGHT RENTALS?
No, we do not offer pickups or overnight rentals.
